The room where
CFOs sharpen
decisions — together.
Monthly. Confidential. No agenda.
A curated peer group for practising and interim CFOs. You carry significant decision weight. You work across mandates. Trusted peers who understand your precise context are rare. This is built for that gap.
"What decision is in front of you right now — and what would sharpen your thinking on it?"
Existing networks are either too broad, too social, or too vendor-driven.
Conferences give you panels. Associations give you newsletters.
Neither gives you a room of eight peers who have been exactly where you are —
and will ask you the question you haven't asked yourself yet.
The CFO MasterMind is built around one principle:
peer intelligence compounds. Real challenges, real mandates, real accountability.
No speakers. No sponsors. No posturing.
Every month.
One fixed slot.
Each session follows the same structure — consistent enough to build rhythm, structured enough to create results. Every member leaves with at least one concrete decision or insight they can act on within 30 days.
One sentence per member: what changed since we last met. Builds presence and rhythm.
One member brings a live challenge. Peers listen first, advise second. The presenter closes with their own takeaway.
A second challenge or a follow-up from the previous session. Focused, concrete peer input.
One member shares a pattern, framework, or market signal. No more than 3 slides. Practitioner-authored only.
Each member states one action they will take before the next session. Logged. Followed up.
On purpose.
Most peer groups decay. They become passive. Vendor-captured. Or simply too polite to be useful. Every structural choice here is designed to prevent that — and to protect the one thing that makes peer groups worth anything: trust.
No products are pitched inside sessions. Non-partners are explicitly welcomed — and treated equally. Minimum 40% of the founding cohort hold no existing relationship with us.
Chatham House Rule applies to every session. No recording by default. What is shared stays in the room — in writing, and in practice.
Members commit to attendance, preparation, and reciprocal contribution. Passive listening is not the model. Commitments are logged and followed up.
Participants must be actively practising or recently active CFOs or finance leaders. No consultants, vendors, or recruiters as regular members.
Every session produces at least one concrete decision or insight per member — applicable within 30 days. We measure this.
Groups are capped at 8 members maximum. Depth over breadth. A second cohort opens only once the first is full and proven.
- Practising or interim CFOs with 10+ years of finance leadership experience — actively engaged in mandates or between mandates
- Finance leaders operating across turnaround, growth, M&A/integration, or steady-state mandates who want cross-sector pattern recognition
- CFOs who are tired of networks that are too broad, too social, or quietly captured by vendor agendas
- Finance directors stepping into their first CFO mandate — accepted selectively, to preserve the experience depth of the group
Eight seats maximum.
The founding cohort is free — to reduce friction and build trust. A modest membership fee is introduced from Month 4. This creates a quality signal without becoming a barrier to the independent members that make the group credible.

A 30-minute chemistry call is the first step. No commitment beyond that conversation. We select for fit, not credentials.
